Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy governs the cancellation, modification, and refund conditions related to online consultancy services provided through the Sezgi Evi platform.

The platform is operated by Experlize LTD.

1. Service Structure

The services offered on the Sezgi Evi platform consist of digital services such as:

  • Online consultancy,

  • Spiritual guidance,

  • Astrology interpretations,

  • Tarot consultancy,

  • Written, audio, or video sessions.

Purchased services are provided digitally and within specific scheduled time periods.

2. Appointment Cancellation

Users may request cancellation or rescheduling of their planned session within a certain period prior to the appointment time.

Where necessary, the platform may:

  • Arrange a new appointment depending on availability,

  • Postpone the session,

  • Provide an alternative expert recommendation.

3. User-Related Non-Attendance

Refunds may not be provided in the following cases:

  • Failure of the user to attend the session,

  • Late attendance,

  • Internet or device-related problems caused by the user,

  • Providing incorrect contact information,

  • Voluntarily ending the session by the user.

4. Expert or Platform-Related Issues

Support evaluation may be conducted in the following situations:

  • The expert failing to attend the session,

  • Access issues caused by technical infrastructure problems,

  • The service not being provided at all,

  • System-related payment errors.

Following the necessary review:

  • A new appointment may be arranged,

  • Credit may be added to the user account,

  • A refund may be issued if deemed appropriate.

5. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Services

Under the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502:

The right of withdrawal may be restricted for instantly performed digital services and online consultancy services initiated with the user’s consent.

The user acknowledges that the right of withdrawal may expire once the service has started.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds may take a certain amount of time to appear depending on the payment method used.

The platform is not responsible for delays caused by banking processes.

7. Misuse and Security

The platform reserves the right to cancel transactions or restrict accounts in cases involving:

  • Fraudulent transaction attempts,

  • Abuse or misuse,

  • System manipulation,

  • Unjustified refund requests.

8. Policy Changes

Experlize LTD reserves the right to make changes to this Cancellation and Refund Policy whenever deemed necessary.

The updated policy becomes effective as of the date it is published on the platform.
