4. User Responsibilities

5. Appointments and Sessions

Sezgi Evi is not responsible for technical issues caused by the user’s internet connection.

Appointment times may be changed depending on the availability of the experts.

If behavior exceeding the limits of respect occurs during a session, the consultation may be terminated.

6. Payments and Refunds

Payments made through the platform are processed via secure payment infrastructures.

No refunds are provided for completed or used sessions.

For consultancy services classified as digital services, the right of withdrawal may be restricted once the session has started.

If the service cannot be provided due to a technical issue, the support team may conduct an evaluation.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The following materials available on the Sezgi Evi platform:

• Designs,

• Texts,

• Visuals,

• Content,

• Software infrastructure

belong to Experlize LTD or the respective rights holders. Unauthorized copying, sharing, or commercial use is prohibited.

9. Service Changes

10. Account Suspension

11. Limitation of Liability
