Distance Service Agreement

This Distance Service Agreement (“Agreement”) regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding consultancy services provided electronically through the Sezgi Evi platform.
1. Parties
Service Provider
Experlize LTD
Platform: Sezgi Evi
Service Recipient
The internet user purchasing services through the platform (hereinafter referred to as the “User”).
2. Subject
The subject of this Agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the online consultancy services purchased electronically by the User through the Sezgi Evi platform.
3. Scope of the Service
Services provided through the platform may include:

Astrology consultancy,

Tarot consultancy,
-
Spiritual guidance,
-
Energy interpretations,
-
Online video, audio, or written sessions,
-
Personal awareness and consultancy services.
The services provided are intended solely for personal development, guidance, and entertainment purposes.
4. Provision of the Service
The purchased service is provided online to the User depending on the availability of the relevant expert consultant.
The duration of the service may vary according to the purchased package.
Session links may be provided through messaging systems or platform-based directions.
The platform is not responsible for access problems caused by the User’s internet connection.
5. Pricing and Payment
Service fees are specified on the platform.
Payments are collected through secure payment infrastructures.
Once the User completes the payment process, they are deemed to have accepted the service conditions.
The platform reserves the right to make changes to campaigns and pricing.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Under the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502:
The right of withdrawal may be restricted for digital services instantly performed electronically and online consultancy services initiated with the User’s consent.
The User acknowledges that the right of withdrawal may expire once the performance of the service has begun.
7. Cancellation and Refund Conditions
No refunds are provided for completed sessions.
In cases where services cannot be provided due to technical reasons, the support team may conduct an evaluation.
If the User voluntarily fails to attend the session, a refund may not be issued.
The platform reserves the right to provide solutions within the scope of customer satisfaction when deemed necessary.
8. User Obligations
The User agrees that they will:

Use the platform in compliance with the law,

Behave respectfully toward expert consultants,

Refrain from insulting, threatening, or abusive behavior,

Protect the security of their account information.
9. Nature of the Service and Disclaimer
The services provided on the platform:

Do not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment,

Do not replace psychological therapy,
-
Are not legal or financial consultancy services,
-
Do not guarantee specific outcomes.
All decisions made by the User are entirely under their own responsibility.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, designs, logos, visuals, software, and materials on the platform belong to Experlize LTD or the respective rights holders.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or sharing is prohibited.
11. Protection of Personal Data
User information is processed and protected in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

12. Force Majeure
The platform shall not be held responsible for temporary disruptions of the service caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, internet outages, infrastructure issues, war, cyberattacks, or similar circumstances.
13. Resolution of Disputes
In disputes arising from this Agreement, applicable consumer protection legislation and current legal regulations shall apply.
14. Effectiveness
By purchasing services through the platform, the User declares that they have read, understood, and electronically accepted this Distance Service Agreement.
