Expert Application and Cooperation Agreement

This Expert Application and Cooperation Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the individuals wishing to provide consultancy services as experts (“Expert”) on the Sezgi Evi platform and Experlize LTD, the operator of the platform.

1. Parties

Expert

The consultant user who applies through the platform and is approved.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the Expert providing online consultancy services through the Sezgi Evi platform.

3. Service Areas

The Expert may provide consultancy services in the following areas:

Tarot consultancy,
Astrology interpretations,
Spiritual guidance,
Energy work,
Intuitive consultancy,
Online sessions focused on personal awareness.

The platform reserves the right to reject any field of expertise it deems inappropriate.

4. Application and Approval Process

Expert applications are evaluated by the platform.

The platform may request additional information or verification when deemed necessary.

Acceptance of an application is at the sole discretion of the platform.

The platform may reject an application without providing any reason.

5. Obligations of the Expert

The Expert agrees that they will:

Approach users respectfully and professionally,
Refrain from misleading, offensive, or unethical behavior,
Provide services in good faith and honesty,
Keep user information confidential,
Comply with platform rules.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are prohibited:

Directing users outside the platform,
Sharing personal contact information,
Attempting to bypass the platform’s commission system,
Engaging in insulting, threatening, or discriminatory behavior,
Making unrealistic or false promises,
Providing guidance that may cause financial or emotional harm to users.

7. Nature of the Service

Services provided by the Expert:

Are not medical diagnosis or treatment,
Do not replace psychological therapy,
Do not constitute legal or financial consultancy,
Do not guarantee specific results.

The Expert agrees not to use definitive statements that may mislead users.

8. Commission and Payments

Consultancy services conducted through the platform may be subject to certain commission rates.

Payment processes are carried out according to the schedule determined by the platform.

The platform may conduct payment reviews when necessary.

The Expert is responsible for all tax obligations.

9. Account Security

The Expert is personally responsible for the security of their account information.

The platform cannot be held responsible for damages arising from account sharing or unauthorized use.

10. Content and Profile Usage

The Expert agrees that the platform may use:

Profile information,
Promotional texts,
Visuals,
Published content

for necessary platform purposes.

The platform may use expert profiles for promotional and advertising purposes.

11. Confidentiality

The Expert agrees not to share any information obtained during consultations with users with third parties.

12. Suspension or Termination of the Account

The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Expert account in the following cases:

Violation of platform rules,
User complaints,
Unethical behavior,
Security violations,
Fraudulent transaction attempts.

13. Limitation of Liability

The platform cannot be held directly responsible for the outcomes of communications or interpretations between the Expert and users.

The Expert acknowledges that they are personally responsible for the services they provide.

14. Agreement Changes

Experlize LTD reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement whenever deemed necessary.

The updated Agreement becomes effective as of the date it is published on the platform.

15. Effectiveness

By applying to the platform and using their account, the Expert declares that they have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement.
